These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BodyBright programs, website, digital content, and services. By accessing or using BodyBright, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

BodyBright offers wellness class, group courses, digital resources, coaching experiences, and educational content focused on holistic health and personal growth.

Missed sessions or non-participation do not guarantee refunds unless explicitly stated
6. Intellectual Property
All BodyBright content, including text, videos, graphics, worksheets, branding, and course materials, is the intellectual property of BodyBright and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.
7. Confidentiality
Group programs may include shared personal experiences. Participants agree to maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of others. BodyBright is not responsible for breaches of confidentiality by participants.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BodyBright shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in programs or use of services.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services if these Terms are violated or if behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to the community.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BodyBright operates.
